The story

Before the journey,
there was a family.

In Jerusalem, Lehi receives a warning that will change the course of his family’s lives. Leaving home means surrendering everything familiar—and stepping into a wilderness with no easy answers.

I, Nephi brings First Nephi to the screen through the relationships at the heart of the record: a father called to lead, a mother protecting her family, and brothers who see the same journey in very different ways.

It is a story of faith, family, memory, and the cost of choosing a path when the way ahead is uncertain.
